At POSSE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your return.
